Report on Illegal Return Regulation Proposal
The European Parliament published a report on the proposal for a regulation establishing a common system for the return of third-country nationals staying illegally in the Union, repealing Directive 2008/115/EC. This report details proposed changes to the rules and procedures for returning individuals who do not have the right to stay in the EU.
