Authorities Target Migrant Smuggling from Vietnam
A transnational criminal network allegedly smuggling migrants from Vietnam to the United Kingdom has been dismantled by authorities in Belgium, France and the UK. Eurojust supported the operation. The network is accused of smuggling over 1,000 migrants. The coordinated action is aimed at disrupting organised crime groups profiting from human trafficking.
