EIB Global Funds Ukrainian School Energy Upgrade
Lyceum No. 12 in Kovel, Ukraine, has reopened after a comprehensive energy-efficiency modernization, supported by EU funding through EIB Global. This upgrade will improve learning conditions for over 1,200 students and staff.
