Ukraine School Reopens After EU Energy Upgrade

Lyceum No. 12 in Kovel, Volyn oblast, Ukraine, has reopened following a comprehensive energy-efficiency modernization supported by the EU. This upgrade significantly improves learning conditions for over 1,200 students and staff.
