EMA Fast-Tracks Review of New Pancreatic Cancer Drug

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has begun a "phased review" of daraxonrasib, a promising new medicine for treating metastatic pancreatic cancer. This accelerated process allows the EMA's human medicines committee (CHMP) to assess data as it becomes available, speeding up the overall evaluation time. The goal is to make potentially life-saving treatments available to patients more quickly. If the review is positive, it will lead to a recommendation for marketing authorisation across the European Union.
