The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has recommended granting marketing authorisation in the EU for Nobivac NXT HCPChFeLV, a vaccine for protecting cats against common infectious diseases. This marks the first time EMA has recommended a veterinary vaccine using RNA technology. The recommendation aims to provide new and effective tools for animal health, potentially paving the way for further RNA-based veterinary medicines. The European Commission will now review the recommendation for final approval.
