EU Police Disrupt Islamic State Terrorist Activities
Europol has announced the successful disruption of activities linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP). The counter-terrorism operation was coordinated by Europol and involved law enforcement agencies from eight European countries as well as the US FBI. The action targeted the group's media and propaganda channels, which are used for recruitment and to incite violence. This operation is part of ongoing international efforts to dismantle terrorist networks operating online and offline across Europe.
