Slovakia secures €50M for power-grid upgrades

The European Investment Bank (EIB) is providing an additional €50 million to ZSE Group for the upgrade of Slovakia's electricity distribution networks. This second tranche of financing aims to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the power grid, contributing to Slovakia's energy security and green transition goals. The investment will support infrastructure improvements that directly benefit citizens and businesses through more stable electricity supply and the integration of renewable energy sources.
