Eurojust and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) are strengthening their cooperation with the Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership regions to combat intellectual property (IP) crime. A recent meeting, supported by the WBCJ and EU4IP projects, facilitated enhanced collaboration among practitioners from these regions and EU Member States. This initiative aims to protect consumers from counterfeit goods and support legitimate businesses by tackling organised crime networks involved in IP infringement.
